1. Viewing More Information
Once in the Art74 Gallery Shop, click on "more info" to view further details of a painting.
2. Using the Shopping Cart
You may then add a painting to your shopping basket if you are interested in purchasing from Art74.co.uk.
3. Secure Payment Options
All shopping cart transactions are processed safely and securely through PayPal and you will be invoiced by email after you check-out your shopping cart contents and goods (PayPal except all major credit cards). All items are despatched within approximately 7-10 working days (excl. Bank Holidays). We also advise an approximate delivery date via email.
4. Alternative, Secure Payment Options
If you would prefer to purchase your painting(s) via cheque then you can send it to 567, Green Lane, Maghull, Liverpool, Merseyside, L31 2JB, UK and make it payable to K.M. Cottrell. This process will take longer for delivery. We do not despatch the item until the cheque has cleared, then it will posted within approximately 7-10 working days (excl. Bank Holidays). We also advise an approximate delivery date via email.
Postage & Packaging
Postage & Packing to the United Kingdom is FREE! For the rest of the world a flat additional charge of £25.00 will apply. If you live outside of the UK and are interested in purchasing a painting from Art74.co.uk, contact Ken Cottrell. All deliveries are made between 9&5pm Mon-Fri and before 12 noon on a Sat. We do require a signature on delivery. If you have to go out at the last minute please leave a SIGNED note on the door to tell the courier where to leave the parcel, i.e. Neighbour etc. PLEASE NOTE WE USE CONTACTED COURIERS AND THEY CAN'T CALL CUSTOMERS FOR ANY REASON. WE ADVISE DELIVERY DATES IN PLENTY OF TIME AND WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR ASSISTANCE. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS TO CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY TIME OR ADDRESS IF NEED BE.
No Quibble Returns Policy on Original Paintings.
If an item is returned to us in its original condition we will offer a full refund. However, Art74 can only be responsible for the cost of your order. To qualify for the refund we require that:
- You send all items back using registered, recorded or special post. Therefore we have to sign for the parcel.
- Any items are returned within 14 days.
Any problems with any part of an order must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, or the following Monday morning if your order was delivered on a Saturday.
Under the United Kingdoms Distance selling Regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:
- You inform us within seven working days of receipt of the product(s).
- You return the item(s) within 14 days.
- Goods are returned in a reasonable condition and in the original packaging.
